Apartment Housing at the University of Idaho provides a unique community-focused living option for non-traditional students (over 25 years of age, graduate and law students, married couples, or students with children). All of the units are smoke-free.

Each of the apartment types are unparalleled in their desirable location. All units are within walking distance of the Student Recreation Center, the Bookstore, classrooms, the SUB, the Arboretum, sporting events, and Westpark Elementary.

In an effort to meet student demands for housing on campus, priority for Apartment Housing is given to UI students.  Apartment Housing for staff, faculty and post-docs is offered for a maximum of one year and is unavailable for renewal.
