Gem

Gem is a civics and service community. Gem is a community designed for students from all academic programs who believe the world can be changed one volunteer at a time.

Gem is designed to encourage studying and community interaction in the main common area with a large kitchen and dining area, fire nook, game room, living room, and study rooms.

Above the community areas are three floors with 2-5 person suites designed with a shared living area, bathroom and kitchenette, that opens into individual rooms. Gem consists of single sex suites located on co-ed floors.
