Please be aware of the following when reserving your room on the Web:
- You must be admitted to the University of Idaho for the term(s) you wish to reserve a room.
- You must have your Student ID or V number and PIN to sign into the VandalWeb interface and continue the reservation process.
- Reservations for the 2008-2009 academic year or spring semester must be accompanied by a $250.00 deposit.
- Cancellations must be received in writing by July 1 (Nov. 1, for spring only agreements) for a refund of half of your deposit ($125.00) . Cancellations received after the above cancellation dates forfeit the entire $250.00 deposit.
- You may use a credit card to pay the required deposit online or by phone.
- Deposits may also be mailed but require longer to process and may delay room assignment.
- The Web process is a reservation only; your assignment will be made after April 1 for fall semester. Please check the Web page for your assignment information.
- Check back online by logging onto VandalWeb
and selecting "housing information" to verify
your reservation confirmation and to see when your room
has been assigned.
- We cannot guarantee single room assignments until 10 days after the semester begins.
- Please read the appropriate Residence Hall Agreement carefully. It is a legally binding agreement and is in effect for the entire academic year.
- By submitting your reservation on the following Web pages you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all terms and conditions of the agreement.
To accept the agreement and make a reservation, click on the link below. You will be taken to VandalWeb, where you can:
- Login with your Student ID or V number and PIN.
- Click on Student Housing Information.
- Click to Reserve a Room Online.
