Thank you for reserving your room via the web!
Please be aware of the following when reserving your room on the Web:
- Single rooms are available this summer in Wallace, McConnell and the Living Learning Community for students enrolled for next fall, summer school students, or student with a 12-month agreement (you do not need to be enrolled for summer classes).
- Double rooms are available this summer in the Wallace Residence Center as well as a limited number of double rooms in the Living Learning Communities.
- To reserve a residence hall room online, you must have your Student ID or V number and PIN to sign into the Vandal Web Interface and continue the reservation process.
- Reservations must be accompanied by a $250.00 deposit.
- Cancellations must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to check-in for a full $250. 00 refund, cancelations received less than 7 days in advance, but before the check-in day will receive an $125.00 deposit refund. Cancellations received on the day of check-in or after will forfeit the entire $250.00 deposit.
- You may use a credit card to pay the required deposit online or by phone.
- Mailed check deposits require longer to process and may delay room assignment.
- The Web process is a reservation only. Please check the "student housing information" section of vandalweb several days after making your reservation for your assignment information.
- Please read the appropriate Residence Hall Agreement and the Summer Addendum carefully, they are legally binding agreements.
- By submitting your reservation via the following web pages you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all terms and conditions of the Agreement.
To accept the Agreement and make a reservation click on the link below. You will be taken to the Vandal Web Interface page where you can:
- Login with your Student ID or V number and PIN.
- Click on Student Housing Information.
- Click to Reserve a Room Online.
